  • How do I purchase products on this platform?
    Option 1: You can click "Buy Now" in the product detail page to checkout directly. Option 2: Add product to shopping cart by clicking "Add To Cart" in product detail page or quick view page, then proceed payment at once. - If you want to add a product, you may click "Continue Shopping" on the checkout page. - Once the order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email for delivery arrangement. - After the product is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
  • Can I have more information about the products?
    Certainly, more information is shown in the product detail page under product image or feel free to email to info@datomap.com for any enquiries. We will try our best to provide more details shortly.
  • Do I need to create an account for purchase?
    No, you are able to buy products as guests. Of course you are always welcomed to be our member via Facebook, Google or email login.
  • Can I reserve the product before checkout?
    You can add the product into the shopping cart and stock check is available once you proceed payment. We would like to ensure all the products are in stock before you make the payment. However we cannot guarantee all products are in stock.
  • How can I use coupon code?
    If you have a coupon code, please add the desired items into shopping cart, then enter the coupon code in shopping cart page. After the code is applied, you will see the updated order summary.
  • I want to buy your products but are they all in stocks?
    Most items displayed in our website are in stocks. We will deliver the items within three business days after payment is done. Some products are handmade and required further processing, we will send you an email about the shipping information once your order is made.
  • How do I check if payment is completed or failed?
    For successful online payment, you will receive an order confirmation email. For offline payment, you will receive an order confirmation email to reserve stock. Please provide payment proof by email within 3 days for order delivery arrangement. If payment fails, no order confirmation email will be received. You may contact us if there are any enquiries.
  • How much is the shipping cost?
    It is different for various areas. You may see details at the Shipping page as reference, or the delivery cost for specific products in the checkout page. *Sometimes, there is a promotion for Free Delivery. Stay tuned!
  • How long is the delivery time?
    Shipping time may vary depending on location. Please check the delivery time in "SHIPPING" page. Most items are already in our warehouse in Hong Kong, we will send the items within 3 days after the payment is done. Customised items take time and we will contact you about the delivery date after the payment is done. Estimated delivery time is not guaranteed. We always try our best to deliver our items to you ASAP.
  • Where is the order pickup location?
    You can provide your home or office address as a pickup location. Providing SF Express store location or SF locker location will also be an option for delivery. Just input the address or store code for Shipping Details in the checkout page.
  • How do you send the products to me?
    We use different couriers depending on the receiving locations. For Hong Kong delivery, we normally do the delivery via SF Express. We will send you the shipping information with tracking number once the items are dispatched.
  • Do you offer other pick-up methods?
    In normal cases, we will deliver your items by SF Express or other couriers. If you are urgently need to items, please contact us on Facebook/Instagram. We will seek other pick-up method such as face to face meeting. Additional charge may be applied.
  • I have received the shipping email but the package is still not arrived after few days.
    There is tracking number in the shipping email. You could check the latest status of the parcel on the website of the logistics company. You could also contact the courier directly if you have any enquiries about the delivery.
  • How do I track the order status?
    Just login and get into My Orders to see the order status and click for details. Also, once the product is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so that you can follow the orders.
  • Can I edit my order?
    We are sorry that changing products or editing the quantity of products are not available. You may email us at info@datomap.com to cancel your order, then you can place a new one instead. Cancellation email must be received in order to confirm order cancelled. If you want to change the email address or delivery address, please contact us at info@datomap.com and we will try to check this out for you.
  • Can I cancel the order?
    If you have paid for the order, you won't be able to cancel it on your own. For order confirmed within 3 days, you may contact us by email to info@datomap.com for further checking or arrangement.
  • What can I do if the product is damaged or I am not satisfied with the product?
    Please let us know by sending email to info@datomap.com with order no., clear photos on product condition and your issue. We will try to make the best arrangement for you.
  • Can I have a refund or replacement on my arrived order?
    Kindly email to info@datomap.com on your refund/replacement reasons with details within 7 days once you receive the orders. We will provide feedback on our decision and arrangement asap.
  • How can I handle delivery lost in transit?
    1. The items you ordered may have been out of stock. Please help to check your emails (including your junk/spam folder) to see if we have sent you an email about this. 2. If you have placed multiple orders within a few days of each other that qualify for free delivery and are being shipped to the same delivery address, your orders may have been combined. You may see whether they have been shipped together if the tracking information for each of the orders you have placed is the same. 3. If you have a missing order or item missing from your order, please let us know by sending an email at info@datomap.com within 30 days after your order is being delivered and we will do our best to help you.
